Bury Tomorrow have kicked off a brand new chapter with the release of “Sx”, while also announcing the launch of their own independent label, Dea†h Records.
After releasing four albums through Music For Nations and Sony Music, the metalcore favourites are now taking full ownership of their future. The newly formed Dea†h Records will allow the band to oversee every aspect of their music, creative direction and community on their own terms.

Their first release under the new imprint is “Sx”, short for Symptom. The track explores the balance between light and darkness, certainty and doubt, with vocalist Dani Winter-Bates explaining that it reflects the idea that nobody is defined by absolutes.
Speaking about the single, Winter-Bates said: “Sx is the perfect way to introduce this new chapter. It’s about grappling with the good and the bad every day, realising that none of us are entirely one thing or another. Life exists in shades, not absolutes, and we all carry bones we bury deep.”
Produced by Carl Bown, whose credits include Sleep Token and Bullet For My Valentine, “Sx” blends Bury Tomorrow’s trademark heaviness with industrial, darkwave and electronic influences, giving fans an early taste of the band’s evolving sound.

The announcement comes shortly after Bury Tomorrow revealed their biggest headline tour to date. The February 2027 run includes London’s O2 Academy Brixton and will see the band perform to more than 30,000 fans across Europe.
With “Sx” and Dea†h Records, Bury Tomorrow aren’t simply releasing another single. They’re entering a new era with complete creative independence.
