Citizen have released another preview of their forthcoming album Halcyon Blues, sharing the brand new single I Can See You From Here alongside an official music video.
The track is the third to be lifted from the band’s upcoming record, following the release of the title track and Highs and Lows. With Halcyon Blues arriving on 7th August via Run For Cover Records, the latest single continues to build anticipation for what is shaping up to be one of the band’s biggest releases in recent years.
The new song sees Citizen lean further into the expansive alternative rock sound they’ve been exploring throughout this album cycle, while once again putting Mat Kerekes’ unmistakable vocals front and centre. The accompanying music video is available to watch now.
Halcyon Blues marks Citizen’s first full length release since 2023’s Calling The Dogs and arrives after nearly two decades of the band steadily evolving their sound while remaining one of alternative rock’s most respected names.
Following the album’s release, Citizen will head out on an extensive world tour, with dates across North America alongside Anxious, Hotline TNT, Rocket and Cryogeyser, before UK and European shows with Modern Color and thistle., and an Australian run with Drug Church.
