Newcastle emo outfit Voted Most Likely have recently released their new single “I’m Still Using My Old MSN Password”, while also announcing they’ve signed with Manic Kat Records, marking a huge milestone for one of the UK’s most exciting emerging bands.
After steadily building momentum over the past couple of years, the quartet have become a name worth keeping an eye on thanks to their blend of Midwest emo, nostalgic pop punk and heartfelt songwriting. Following the release of their 2026 EP Regardless, I Love You, the band are continuing that upward trajectory with a track that taps into heartbreak, growing pains and the awkward nostalgia of looking back.
Speaking about the song, guitarist Jack Allen said: “I’m Still Using My Old MSN Password is our take on Midwest Emo, the irony of a song that you can dance along to, paired with lyrics that are centered around heartbreak and sorrowful regrets.”
The release arrives alongside the band’s announcement that they’ve joined the Manic Kat Records roster, another significant step as they continue to establish themselves within the UK alternative scene. Since debuting with 2024’s Coffee at Luke’s, Voted Most Likely have earned a growing following through emotionally honest songwriting and catchy, hook driven tracks that feel equally at home alongside today’s modern emo revival.
“I’m Still Using My Old MSN Password” is available to stream now on all major platforms.
