Danger Den Drop New EP It’ll Be Alright Featuring Focus Track “Daisy”

Danger Den have just dropped their new EP It’ll Be Alright, and it’s a solid step forward for the Melbourne pop punk band. The five track release lands with “Daisy” as the main focus, alongside previous singles “Given” and “New Year’s Eve”.

Daisy

“Daisy” leans into exactly what the band do best. Big hooks, honest lyrics, and that clean pop punk energy that sticks after one listen. It feels like one of those tracks that could easily pull new listeners in while still hitting for anyone already following them.

The EP itself keeps things tight with five tracks including “New Ways” and “Marilyn”, giving a quick but clear snapshot of where the band are at right now. There’s a noticeable sense of confidence across the release, something the band themselves touched on, with vocalist Jeremy Uyloan saying, “It’ll Be Alright is probably our best work yet since our debut album, Pull Yourself Together, it’s kinda same but different.”

Originally forming in Darwin before moving into Melbourne’s scene, Danger Den have been steadily building their name over the past few years. From award recognition to sharing stages with bands like Eskimo Joe and Frenzal Rhomb, they’ve been putting the work in, and this EP feels like another step in that climb.

It’ll Be Alright

If you’ve been into modern pop punk with a bit of heart behind it, this is definitely worth a listen.
