The Devil Wears Prada Are Letting It All Out on “Everybody Knows”

The Devil Wears Prada are back — and they’re wearing their hearts on their sleeves. Their new single “Everybody Knows” is more than just another heavy hitter; it’s a gut punch wrapped in melody, the sound of a band completely letting go of the façade. Taken from their upcoming album Flowers (out November 14 via Solid State Records), it’s a reminder that vulnerability and heaviness can coexist — and that sometimes, the loudest thing you can do is be honest.

The Devil Wears Prada – ‘Everybody Knows’

“Everybody Knows” digs into that moment when your anxiety catches up to you, when you stop pretending everything’s fine and everyone can see through the cracks. The band describes it as “that moment when you realise everyone can see you’re not holding it together, but you don’t know how to escape it.” It’s raw, human, and hits like a wave of catharsis — classic TDWP, but sharper and more self-aware than ever.

The track’s release comes alongside a slick, cinematic music video that captures the song’s tension perfectly. It’s dark, unnerving, and somehow beautiful — much like the band’s journey itself. With Flowers, The Devil Wears Prada seem ready to grow from their roots into something even more expansive. The tracklist promises everything from emotional depth (“The Sky Behind The Rain”) to pure ferocity (“Ritual”), and if this single’s anything to go by, we’re in for a masterclass in balance.

TDWP’s resurgence isn’t stopping there. They’ve just wrapped the Summer of Loud tour and are about to hit the road with Ice Nine Kills and Creeper for a massive UK and EU arena run — including a date at London’s OVO Arena Wembley. It’s one of the biggest tours of their career and a huge statement from a band that, two decades on, still refuse to plateau.

After 20 years of turning pain into purpose, The Devil Wears Prada are still evolving, still experimenting, and still finding beauty in the breakdown. Flowers might just be their most personal record yet — and “Everybody Knows” is the perfect way to open the next chapter.
