With the release of their emotionally intense new single “Silence Isn’t Helping Us”, Bury Tomorrow continue their evolution into one of the UK’s most vital voices in modern metal. The track arrives alongside their brand new album Will You Haunt Me, With That Same Patience—a record that pushes their sound and songwriting further than ever before.
Following a massive year of touring—spanning their biggest venues to date across the UK, Europe, the US, Australia, and Japan—the band enters 2025 with momentum and purpose. “Silence Isn’t Helping Us” captures that energy in raw form: it’s the sound of emotional detachment going up in flames. Lyrically, the song explores the idea of letting something burn, not as destruction, but as release—a moment of clarity in chaos. It’s a powerful, cathartic listen.
This single joins a series of bold releases including Let Go, What If I Burn, Villain Arc, and Forever The Night, all of which set the tone for the new record. But Will You Haunt Me, With That Same Patience goes even deeper.
Crafted in-house with Carl Bown (Sleep Token, Bullet For My Valentine) at the production helm, the album is Bury Tomorrow’s most personal and ambitious yet. It’s not just heavy—it’s thoughtful. The band digs into themes of isolation, anxiety, and the struggle to find peace in a world that constantly demands more. “To haunt is to revisit or recur persistently to the consciousness of someone or something,” says lead guitarist Kristan Dawson. “There’s beauty in that commitment.” That contrast between presence and absence, chaos and calm, is all over this record.
Lineup changes and a reinvigorated creative process have clearly paid off. With Ed Hartwell on rhythm guitar and Tom Prendergast on keys and vocals, the band now sounds more dynamic and textured than ever. There’s a new level of introspection here—without losing the explosive, anthemic power they’re known for.
Bury Tomorrow will be playing a run of intimate UK shows this May in support of the album (most of which are already sold out), and they’re set to return to huge arenas in November and early 2026 supporting Electric Callboy across Europe.
Will You Haunt Me, With That Same Patience is out now—an album that confronts the darkness and chooses to keep going. Sometimes, that’s the heaviest thing you can do.
