South Arcade have released their new single “F.A.M.O.U.S”, their third new track of 2026, via BKM Artists in partnership with Atlantic US.

Some fans will already recognise this one. The band have been playing “F.A.M.O.U.S” live across European festivals and recently brought it to Summer Sonic in Japan before finally giving the track its official release.

The song follows “DEADMEAT” and “SUPERMAN”, with the latter delivering South Arcade their biggest streaming debut to date.

Explaining the idea behind “F.A.M.O.U.S”, the band describe the track as a response to people constantly offering opinions on how others should live their lives.

“This song is essentially a big F you to outside fickle opinions,” South Arcade explain. “This track is basically saying ‘what have you got to lose’ and go for it. If you’ve got something different or an ‘edge’, make that your strength and leave those types of people behind.”

It arrives during a massive year for South Arcade. The band have now generated nearly 200 million streams across their catalogue, passed 277 million YouTube views and built a combined social following of more than 1.8 million.

They have also surpassed one million monthly Spotify listeners, while their growing relationship with BBC Radio 1 has resulted in more than 420 plays, five playlisted singles and three tracks being premiered as the station’s Hottest Record.

That momentum has extended well beyond streaming. South Arcade have spent 2026 playing around the world, including their first Australian headline tour, UK and European arena dates supporting 5 Seconds Of Summer and festival appearances at Download, Warped Tour and Summer Sonic.

Next up is another UK and European headline run beginning in February 2027, culminating in the band’s biggest headline show yet at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on February 25th, which has already sold out.
