Sleep Theory have returned with their new single ‘Giving In’, marking their first original release since their 2025 debut album Afterglow. The track arrives alongside a dark new music video that explores the destructive cycle of addiction.
Released today, ‘Giving In’ tackles the struggle of breaking free from addiction and the patterns that keep pulling someone back. The accompanying video places frontman Cullen Moore in a disturbing situation as he repeatedly digs his own grave, confronts another version of himself and buries it, only to emerge from the dirt and begin the cycle all over again.
The release marks another step forward for the Memphis four-piece, who have enjoyed a remarkable rise over the past couple of years. Their debut album Afterglow and earlier Paper Hearts EP have collectively surpassed one billion streams, while tracks including ‘Static’, ‘Stuck in My Head’ and ‘Words Are Worthless’ have reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock chart.
And there’s plenty more to come. Sleep Theory will join Papa Roach and LANDMVRKS on their upcoming UK and European arena tour, beginning in Glasgow on 1 November. The run includes stops in Manchester, Birmingham, London and Cardiff before continuing across Europe throughout November and into December.
The band will then head to Australia in February 2027 for a headline tour supported by Rivals.
