Bearded Theory has revealed its first wave of artists for 2027, with Public Enemy and Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls confirmed as headliners as the independent festival celebrates its 18th anniversary.
Returning to Catton Park in Derbyshire from 26 to 30 May 2027, the festival will welcome Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls for a UK festival exclusive performance, alongside an impressive selection of names spanning punk, alternative rock, hip hop and electronic music.
Joining the lineup are Hot Chip, Super Furry Animals, The Interrupters, Bob Vylan, Black Flag, Lime Garden, Westside Cowboy and Man/Woman/Chainsaw.
The announcement also includes Bob Mould, Dream Wife, The Lovely Eggs, The Meffs, ALT BLK ERA, The Bar Stool Preachers, Millie Manders and The Shutup, Steel Pulse and many more, with further artists still to be announced.
Celebrating 18 years, Bearded Theory continues to champion independent music and grassroots culture, offering festivalgoers a packed programme across multiple stages alongside arts, workshops and family activities.
The festival’s popular Children’s Area and Festival School will also return, providing educational activities and workshops for younger attendees throughout the event.
Tickets for Bearded Theory 2027 are on sale now, with monthly payment plans available to help spread the cost ahead of the festival.
