New Found Glory have announced a new charity partnership with Adrenal Cure Collective, pledging to support cancer research and continue honouring the memory of Chad Gilbert.
In a statement shared on social media, the band thanked fans and friends for their support following Gilbert’s passing, explaining that the tributes and messages received over recent weeks have helped them through an incredibly difficult time.
The band also reflected on their emotional performance at Epcot, a place Gilbert loved, saying that sharing the experience with fans helped them grieve and celebrate his life together.
Looking ahead to 2027, New Found Glory explained that Gilbert had been involved in planning their upcoming schedule and that they wanted to carry his spirit forward by supporting cancer charities.
Their first partnership will be with Adrenal Cure Collective, a patient-led nonprofit organisation dedicated to raising awareness and funding research into adrenocortical carcinoma, a rare form of adrenal cancer that Gilbert battled.
New Found Glory confirmed that they will donate a portion of their profits to the organisation through the end of 2027.
The initiative will begin with a special Chadball Rest in Peace shirt, released through Triple B Records. All profits from the shirt will go directly to Adrenal Cure Collective, with pre-orders available now.
The band also confirmed plans to honour Gilbert at Warped Tour Orlando, promising several special moments to celebrate his life alongside fans.
Throughout the announcement, New Found Glory made clear that giving back to others was something Gilbert cared deeply about, even during his own illness.
The partnership marks the beginning of the band’s plans to support cancer organisations while continuing the work and commitments Gilbert helped shape.
