The Paradox have released their new six-track EP, Proceed With Caution, today, October 2nd, via Hundred Days Records. The release arrives just weeks before the Atlanta pop punk band’s first national headline tour, which has already sold out all 21 dates.

It’s another major milestone for a band that only formed in 2024. Earlier this year, The Paradox made history when their single “Get The Message” became the first song by an all-Black band to reach No. 1 on Billboard’s Alternative Airplay chart. Since then, they’ve continued to grow their audience, recently passing 3.3 million followers across social media.
Their latest EP features six tracks, including previously released singles “I Kinda Like That”, “That’s Not Fair” and “Good For Me”, alongside three new songs, “Living Hell”, “Stoner Mentality” and “It’s Over”. The band have also shared an official music video for “Living Hell” to accompany the release.
The group’s rapid rise has attracted some familiar names. Billie Joe Armstrong personally invited them to support Green Day, while Travis Barker collaborated with them on their previous single “Bender”. They’ve also made their NPR Tiny Desk debut and appeared on Kai Cenat’s livestream.
Now, The Paradox are preparing to take their music across the United States. Their first national headline tour begins in Dallas on October 14th and includes two nights each in Los Angeles and New York before concluding with a hometown show in Atlanta on November 18th.
Every date is sold out before the tour has even begun, giving the band another reason to celebrate the arrival of Proceed With Caution.
