BREACH have officially arrived, bringing together members of Comeback Kid and Misery Signals for a new heavy project that has now signed to Greyscale Records.
The Toronto band have introduced themselves with debut single “PARASITE”, the first taste of a self titled EP currently in the works. The track tackles emotional abuse and the damage caused by someone repeatedly forcing their way back into your life, using manipulation and vulnerability to break down those around them.
BREACH began taking shape in late 2024 when drummer Terrance Pettitt and guitarist Cole Hardy reunited with the aim of writing the kind of heavy music that first got them into playing. Bassist Kyle Marchant joined in 2025, followed by vocalist Luke Snider later that year.
Comeback Kid guitarist Stuart Ross was the final addition, joining after hearing the project while out on tour. Together, the band completed their first six songs, with Marchant also producing the upcoming debut EP.
Their move to Greyscale Records came through existing friendships with artists on the label.
“With a roster full of heavy artists that we all love and respect, and a glowing recommendation from people we trust, it felt like exactly the relationship we wanted with a label,” BREACH explained.
The band cite influences including Deftones, Whitechapel, thrown, Orthodox, The Chariot and The Tony Danza Tap Dance Extravaganza, pulling together backgrounds across hardcore, metalcore and industrial metal.

“PARASITE” is out now via Greyscale Records, with more from BREACH and their self titled debut EP still to come.
