Glen Nowhere are gaining ground as a new name to watch

Glen Nowhere have returned with their new single “Cell”, and while the project is still flying under the radar, the release is already starting to pick up attention. Dropped on March 22, the track arrives as a self produced release alongside a music video directed by Murry Deaves, known for his work with Neck Deep and Static Dress, marking another step forward as the band continue to build.

Glen Nowhere – ‘Cell’

Formed in 2025 on Scotland’s west coast, Glen Nowhere is made up of long time collaborators Will and Ron, who have been steadily developing the project since its launch last year. They’re still in the early stages, currently sitting at under 300 monthly listeners, but there’s a clear sense of momentum starting to build as more people begin to take notice.

Rather than over explaining the project, Glen Nowhere are keeping things intentionally minimal at this stage, letting the music and visuals speak for themselves. It’s an approach that puts the focus fully on the releases, with each track adding another piece to the bigger picture.

“Cell” continues that run, with more music expected throughout 2026 as the band carve out their own lane between rock and metal. If you’re into finding bands before they properly break, this is one to get on early.
