PRESIDENT have released their debut album Blood Of Your Empire via Atlantic Records, arriving as the masked collective begin their first ever headline tour with every date already sold out.
It marks another major step in a rise that only began publicly in 2025. After building intrigue around their identity, releasing a run of singles and heading out on their first full US tour supporting Bad Omens earlier this year, PRESIDENT are now headlining venues across North America before bringing the Blood Of Your Empire campaign to the UK and Europe in November.
Behind that rapid rise, however, is a record built around much heavier questions.
“Blood Of Your Empire was born out of my own struggle with existential crisis and trying to make sense of belief, mortality, and humanity’s relationship with faith,” PRESIDENT explain.
The album explores the complicated relationship between religion and humanity, looking at both the compassion and purpose it can inspire and the suffering and bloodshed carried out in its name.
“This album lives in the tension between those two truths,” they continue. “Writing it became a way for me to confront the fear, confusion, and questions I’ve carried for years, and turn them into something I’m truly proud of.”
The ten track album includes previously released tracks “Angel Wings”, “DOOM LOOP”, “dark heaven” and “Mercy”, alongside six further songs including “This Will Divide Us”, “Hate Figure” featuring Ando San and closing track “White Devil”.
Its artwork also ties into those themes, using Eugène Delacroix’s The Battle of Poitiers, a painting currently housed at the Louvre, with PRESIDENT’s cross symbol placed over the historic battle scene.
PRESIDENT’s sold out North American headline run begins today, September 4th, in Nashville and continues into October. They then return to Europe in November, finishing with five UK dates in Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London.
From launching anonymously last year to a debut album and sold out headline tours on both sides of the Atlantic, the PRESIDENT campaign has moved remarkably quickly. Blood Of Your Empire is out now.
